How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE, as long as you live in the United States, and this includes Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping to my Canadian friends is a breeze too, so let me know your address to customize a quote. I also ship internationally, so please contact me for a custom quote. Shipping to your home is a wonderful advantage of buying from Franklin Arts and once you place an order you may never buy from the store again!
When will I receive my artwork?
Generally, your artwork will be shipped out to you within 10-14 business days from the day your order is placed. I know your anxious for it which is why I always try to beat that timeline.
Can I get faster shipping?
Yes. If you need your order fast, please contact me.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Shipping & packing is a high priority for me. However, if a piece of artwork does arrive damaged, please notify me right away and a replacement will be sent immediately. All art is wrapped with foam protectant sleeves and are shipped in artwork boxes.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipping to your home or business via ground service. Orders are shipped in packaging that has proven to be effective in preventing most types of damages in transit.
