There's just something alluring about water.
I love the way it can move, yet I am intrigued by how it can hold perfectly still.
It's surface takes on a life of its own and it intertwines unpredictably with light.
I find that water gives me a chance to really make abstract ideas come to life.
Here are a few of my favorites.

This artwork above called CLAIRVOYANCE took me many seasons to conceptualize and execute.
A few leaves float along what I felt looked like an abstract painting.
The reflection of the moon looked like its fingerprint.
The water was so still that its hard to tell if the leaves are on or below the surface.
This one is a bit of a puzzle. Look carefully to see what is really not.
The floating leaves and reflection of the tree creates an illusion that the leaves are floating in the air.
The small sliver of the sun has a much broader reflection.
