Part 2: More Tales of Whale Tails
Whales are simply one of the most fascinating creatures on Earth.
It explains why I fixate on creating artworks that feature them.
Well, not so much the entire whale, but those little parts that stick up and flip every once in awhile. I have captured whales breaching before, but it is a pretty rare event.
As I navigated the Alaskan waters, I captured different whales and beautiful backdrops to create scenes that I dream of.
Please enjoy my second installment of my favorite whale tail artworks.
This one, called HOMEBOUND, features a whale that seemingly makes its way home in the distance.
A never-ending panorama attempts to capture the vast landscape of Alaska.
This whale enjoys a dreamy sunset in Alaska.
I can't help but marvel at the similarities of the creature and the surrounding landscape.
Dreamy light pushes through to ignite the glassy water and illuminate the whale tail.
The whale tail slowly rises and falls in the beautiful tranquil waters of Alaska.
A mesmerizing pattern of waves, fog, and sky come together in this dream-like scene.
This painterly artwork reveals the beautiful serene colors and waters surrounding the whale.
The rising sun glows as it ascends above the landscape to reveal the amazing elements below.
The beautiful pattern of the whale tail is on full display in the middle of a moody landscape.
