About five years ago, I decided to make the easiest and most useful picture height calculator available.
How did this come to be exactly? After doing several installations, I was going a bit crazy.
Sure, the whole calculation is a bit subjective in the first place, but I thought there should be a more precise way to determine where the picture should be placed on the wall. So, after scouring the internet, I found recommendations, tips, museum standards, etc, and I was a little blown away with how different each guideline was calculated.
I decided to create my own calculation using the primary and most important elements when it comes to the height: the picture size, the height of the wall, and the height of the onlookers (yes, this is important too.)

I know, I'm tooting my own horn here folks. I'm just happy the time was worthwhile to build it and people are making use of it. More than 7,000 people have used it already to be exact which also means they are using it repeatedly.
