It was time to create some abstract city skyline artwork.
I've been asked many times thoughout the years whether or not I had pictures of skylines, and normally I don't go out of my way to take pictures of them.
Besides, I thought it would be way more interesting to create abstract cityscapes from scratch.
Just recently, I began to tinker with different shapes and textures and meld them into the various glowing shapes that make us marvel at modern architecture.
Here are the beginnings of a new abstract skyline series that is yet another obsession feather on my hat.
I hope you like them.
This one captures the beautiful glow of a city and keeps things quite abstract to let your imagination fill in the details.

It's fair to say that these mark only the beginning of my new abstract cityscape obsession!
